Laaimylorrie.com is built to match the right loads to the right trucks — but the system can only do that if your fleet information is on record. Adding your vehicles to the "My Fleet" tab takes minutes, and it unlocks targeted load suggestions tailored to exactly what your trucks can carry.
When you add your vehicles and specify their trailer types in the "My Fleet" tab inside your back office, Laaimylorrie.com uses that information to identify and display loads that are genuinely relevant to your fleet. The system matches load requirements — payload, trailer type, route — against what you have available, so the opportunities you see are aligned with what your trucks can actually carry. Without fleet information on file, the system has nothing to match against, and you may be missing loads that are a perfect fit.
This is not just about visibility — it directly affects how efficiently your fleet runs. Accurate fleet records allow the system to surface the right loads at the right time, making it easier to plan routes, reduce empty return trips, and keep your trucks moving between jobs rather than sitting idle waiting for opportunities to appear.
Platform fact: Laaimylorrie.com currently lists 596 trucks and 490 cargo loads across the SADC region. Members who keep their fleet information current are matched first when relevant loads are posted — giving them a direct competitive advantage over operators with incomplete profiles. To get the most accurate load suggestions, add every vehicle type and trailer configuration in your fleet. This includes flatbed trailers, refrigerated trucks, tautliner trailers, tipper trucks, tanker trailers, and container trucks — as well as any specialist configurations you operate. The more complete your fleet profile, the more precisely the system can match you to loads that require specific trailer types or payload capacities.
Once your vehicles are on record, relevant loads will appear automatically in the "Available Loads" section of your back office. You will also receive notifications for new matching loads via the notification bell at the top right of your account — so you can act on fresh opportunities as soon as they are posted, before they are claimed by other operators.
Adding your fleet is quick. Log in to your Laaimylorrie.com account and navigate to the back office. From there, go to the "My Fleet" tab and select "Add Vehicle." Enter the required details — vehicle type, trailer type, and specifications — then save the record. Repeat for each vehicle in your fleet. That's all it takes for the system to start matching loads to your available capacity.
Keep your fleet information current as your vehicles change. If you add a new truck, retire an older one, or change trailer configurations, updating your "My Fleet" tab ensures the load suggestions you receive stay accurate. An outdated fleet profile can result in irrelevant matches — or no matches at all — so a quick update whenever your fleet changes goes a long way.
Every truck sitting idle is a cost. The "Available Trucks" feature is designed to reduce that idle time by connecting your fleet to the loads that suit it — but only if your fleet data is on the platform. Log in today, open the "My Fleet" tab, and make sure every vehicle is listed with the correct trailer type and specifications.
